Regading Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations


Cancellation of Orders
We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders after the order has been completed.
If you wish to cancel or return an order after it has been shipped, you may be charged for the actual shipping costs and various handling fees incurred for shipping and return shipping.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases (*Except for defective products)

01. limited edition or campaign items
02) Merchandise that has been in the shop for more than 7 days after delivery
03. merchandise that is stained or damaged due to the customer's fault
04. merchandise returned to us without prior notification
05. products that have been used once
06. products that have no problem with the product but have scratches, scuffs, or other minor marks or scuffs on the package
(In case of obvious damage or defects, we may exchange the product for a good one. 07.)
07. other cases where we deem that we cannot accept the exchange in accordance with the above

(*)There may be differences in the appearance of colors between the image and the actual product depending on the lighting at the time of shooting, the viewing environment (monitor, etc.), and the environment in which the product is placed (outdoor or indoor lighting color type).
(*)Please note that limited numbers of novelty items are available, so we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges even in the case of defective products.


In the event that the product is defective or the product is different from the one ordered
If you receive an item that is defective or different from the item you ordered, please contact at global@hinacosmetics.com so that we can resend the product with the shipping cost paid by us.

About Returns
In principle, we only accept exchanges.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds at the customer's convenience.
