Return Policy
Replacement, refund, and return of merchandise
However, if you receive a defective item or an item that is different from the one you ordered, we will exchange it for the same good item.

In the event that the number of items received is less than the number ordered, we will ship the missing items as soon as we confirm the status and inventory at the time of shipment.

In this case, please be sure to contact us within 30days (including the day of delivery) after receiving the merchandise.
The date of delivery will be counted from the date the product arrives at the address you entered as the delivery address when you placed your order.

Please note that no refunds or price reductions will be made in the case of defective products.
However, we will issue a refund for items that cannot be exchanged due to out-of-stock conditions.

Due to the nature of the product's packaging, there may be scratches, scuffs, or scuffs on the product when it arrives at the store.
