Please check your address before confirming your order.


Delivery and delivery period
We usually ship from Japan within 3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Please note that there may be a delay in shipping due to a rush of orders, busy warehouse, or delivery delays caused by delivery companies.

If you do not receive an order completion e-mail
If you do not receive an order completion e-mail, there is a possibility that the e-mail address you registered when you placed your order is incorrect or that it has been sent to your spam mail account. Please check your e-mail address again.

Order Cancellation
We do not normally accept changes to orders (including order cancellations) after they have been placed.

Long-Term Absence or Incomplete Address
Usually, we deliver by post. If you are not at home, please check your mailbox. If the package cannot be posted due to the absence of the customer, we will notify the customer with a notice of absence. Please contact the delivery company to request re-delivery by yourself.

Items that have been in the mailbox for more than 7 days will be automatically returned to the warehouse.
If the delivery address is incorrect, the item will be returned to the warehouse due to an unknown address.
We will not be able to reship, refund, or take any other action in any case.

Please check the address at the time of purchase, as we often see omissions.

If cancellations due to customer's convenience (long-term absence or incomplete address) continue, we will take measures to restrict payment methods. Please make sure to receive your order within this period.

Exchange, Refund, and Return of Merchandise
However, if you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, we will replace it with a good product that is identical to the one you ordered.

In the event that the number of items received is less than the number ordered, we will ship the missing items as soon as we confirm the status and inventory at the time of shipment.

In such cases, please be sure to contact us within 7 days (including the day of delivery) of receipt of the merchandise by filling out the inquiry form.
The date of delivery is counted from the day the product arrives at the address you entered as the delivery address when you placed your order.

Please note that no refunds or price reductions will be made in the case of defective products.
However, we will issue a refund for items that cannot be replaced due to out-of-stock conditions.

Due to the nature of the product's packaging, there may be scratches, scuffs, or scuffs on the product when it arrives at the store.
Please understand that we usually do not exchange items in the above condition.
If the item is clearly damaged or defective, we may exchange it for a good item.

If the item is not received
If you do not receive your order within 30 days from the date of shipment, please contact us using the Contact Us form.

If you have received an item that is different from what you ordered, or if the item was damaged during delivery
If you have received an item that is different from what you ordered, or if the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us using the Contact Us Form.
We will arrange for shipment again. Please keep all included items, including the product itself, until the procedure is completed.
